Opportunities could be referred to you via the site based on the preferences you enter when you sign in to the site. If you find an interesting opportunity, Workology enables you to email the employer directly to ask questions before applying. You could also conduct a search of the site as a whole. Engaging in public discussions is a way of showcasing your expertise on the site to attract attention and gain opportunities. You can conduct a general search on the site to find previous posts that may be relevant, experts or work opportunities and groups.

Hopefully this will give you a rounded view of the member who has posted the advice.
